Some of the homes are a bit close to the freeway, so traffic noise can be an issue in certain parts of Eagles Ridge. The large range in pricing can be attributed to home and lot size, view, amenities, and the high amount of distressed properties in the current real estate market, so there are definitely bargains to be had in Eagles Ridge.
