In our opinion, Colony Cove is the nicer of the two senior communities in North San Clemente.
In our opinion, Colony Cove is the nicer of the two senior communities in North San Clemente because of the views, the privacy of the location, and the proximity to the beach. There is a wide range of prices in this community that is related to the home's location within the development; homes with ocean views will naturally cost more. The floor plans are spacious and inviting, and the maintenance staff really does an excellent job with the landscaping of the community. The location cannot be beat and will only get better with the future addition of Marblehead Coastal.
