There are three floor plans to choose from that alternate between one and two stories. Carmel condos offer 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, and 2-car attached garages. Pricing for Carmel condos ranges from the low $500,000s to the mid $600,000s. Carmel residents are responsible for the highest community HOAs among Talega condos at $230 to $260 per month; in addition, there are Talega Master HOA dues of $174 per month.

Community Amenities
Some of the Carmel condos are situated along the Talega Golf Club, so the views from these homes of the distant mountains as well as the green fairways are spectacular. There is a community pool and spa area for residents, and Carmel is close to a newer shopping center and a variety of hiking trails.

The great thing is that, even though the floor plans are big by condo standards, the majority of homes are single-story, which is difficult to find in Talega as most condos are townhouse-style 2 and 3-level units. Select units overlook the golf course, and many offer great views of the pretty natural setting that makes up Talega. Carmel is tucked well back in Talega off Avenida Pico, so there is great privacy with little thru traffic.
