Brisa Del Mar is an enclosed single family community, so there is good privacy here. The homes tend to have open floor plans, and having a 5th-bedroom floor plan option is great for people looking for extra guest/in-law space. The lot sizes tend to be around 5,000 square feet, although corner lots may have twice that amount, so a big backyard is possible to find. The community amenities are very nice, and the landscaping throughout Brisa Del Mar is well-maintained by the Association. Overall, this is a lovely tract with nice Spanish-style homes, and if you can find one towards the back of the tract with little obstruction from surrounding houses, you can find some excellent views.
