On clear days, you can see Catalina Island off in the distance, and every home has an attached deck off the living area where you may enjoy the fabulous Southern California sunsets. As these are newer condos, modern upgrades are prevalent and may include gourmet kitchens, crown molding and recessed lighting, cozy fireplaces, and many other custom features throughout the home.
The Bluffs is close to beach access, and you are also not far from the Downtown restaurants and shops. While there are no specific community amenities like a pool or exercise room, you really could not ask for a better location in terms of proximity to the beach.

Location, location, location...this is the main draw to purchasing a condo in the Bluffs community. The panoramic views are some of the best San Clemente has to offer, and you are in a great location close to Downtown San Clemente yet far enough away to enjoy a nice sense of peace and quiet. The condos are newer, so many will have extensive upgrades and probably be in turnkey condition when they come on the market. Beach access is not far from the homes, and the beach down below is fantastic - very private and never crowded. You are also close to the San Clemente Coastal Trail, so outdoor exercise is just outside your doorstep. The train tracks are below, but you are high enough above the trains to ever be truly bothered by the noise. This is a great little community with nice condos and incredible views.
