The location of Amalfi is excellent as you are close to a variety of Talega amenities.

The tract is small and circular, so privacy is attained through little traffic and an insulated location. The location of the tract is excellent as you are close to a variety of Talega amenities, including the Talega Golf Club, Liberty Park, and Vista Del Mar K-8 School. Amalfi is also close to the future site of the La Pata/Vista Hermosa Park and Aquatics Center along with a new Target shopping center.

Amalfi is a small tract featuring nice homes that are not overwhelming in size. The floor plans are all two-story and flow very nicely; there are separate living and family rooms, and there tends to be numerous modern upgrades and designer touches in the homes. The homes are built pretty close together, so this is definitely suburban-style living as you will have no choice but to get to know your neighbors. The tract feels very private, and the location is fantastic and will only get better once the Vista Hermosa Sports Park is completed (as an added bonus, you will be close to the new Target as well).
