Alisal is a small enclosed community with little thru traffic, so privacy is abundant. While there are no community amenities, Alisal is close to the Shorecliffs Golf Club and not far from the Camino De Los Mares shopping centers and freeway access.

Alisal is a fantastic tract for the buyer looking for some peace and quiet in San Clemente. While the tract is a few miles from the famous San Clemente beaches, the tucked-away location affords great privacy and a sense of community due to the small size of the tract. Homes were built less than 10 years ago, so upgrades can be found in most of the real estate, and the homes are some of the newest in the area (especially compared to the older homes in the nearby Coast District). Current prices are a great value, especially for newer real estate.
