Mike Ciampa is a Founder and Principal for Real Estate Web Innovations, Inc. as well as the Broker Owner of the Top Website for the sale and purchase of Downtown San Diego Condos and Lofts: 92101 Urban Living. Mike was born and raised in The Bay Area of Northern California, and moved to San Diego/South Orange County in 2003. Attending UCLA and UC Santa Barbara, Mike discovered that Southern California offers such a diverse living community, and lifestyle.

Currently, Mike, Jenny (his wife and life partner of 9 years), and Shyla (beautiful 4 year old daughter) split time between their Downtown San Diego loft, and the family home in San Juan Capistrano.

Ben comes from a different background than most real estate agents and started Real Estate Web Innovations, Inc. (REWI) with Mike with a vision that there was a void to be filled in the purchase, sale, and property management of residential real estate. Ben realized this in the midst of the real estate bubble when he was looking at making an investment in South Orange County real estate. He was not only blown away at the prices (irrational exuberance gone from dot.com to real estate), but also by the fact that agents were trying to just close another deal rather than putting his needs first. At this point, he decided to hold off on a real estate investment and joined forces with Mike to start a real estate brokerage that put a focus on having an honest and trust-based client relationship. He believed this could be accomplished in two ways. First, by having highly trained and specialized teams of consultants rather sales agents, and secondly, by providing the consumer with all the real estate and lifestyle information they need through local market websites and other forms of marketing. He believes that putting all the information into the consumers' hands combined with providing service as a consultant is the future of real estate in the information age, but above all else, is the cornerstone to clients feeling comfortable, well-informed, and treated honestly in their lifestyle and real estate investment decisions.

Ben attended U.C. Berkeley and graduated with a business degree with an emphasis in finance and accounting from the Haas School of Business. Upon graduating, Ben worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers where he received his CPA and gained extensive knowledge of evaluating a business' operations, ethical practices, financial profile, and associated risks in order to report financial results to the investing public. Ben then moved on to work for a real estate development company in the energy industry with projects ranging from $30-$150 million in total capital. While working there, he gained extensive experience in real estate origination, development, marketing to customer and investors, financial analysis and valuation, debt and equity financing, deal/transaction structures, negotiation, and asset sales to public entities to optimize returns. Through both of these work experiences, Ben has been able to bring a strong arsenal of knowledge and experience to the real estate team to better service clients – financial evaluation from both an investment and tax perspective, risk assessment, due diligence, ethics, negotiation, marketing, and sales.

Ben has lived in Orange County for almost his entire life and throughout this time has gained extensive knowledge of the real estate market, lifestyle and schools. He combines this with his prior work experience to ensure that clients receive the most honest, professional, and knowledgeable service to assist them in finding their ideal home from a financial, investment and lifestyle perspective. Ben lives with his wife Natalee and daughter Kylie.

Matt Cabrera

Matt's sales and customer service experience spans over a decade, with real estate being his newest and most exciting venture. He attended UCLA and graduated with a B.A. in 2001. His internet sales expertise stems from his work with Baseline StudioSystems, Hollywood's leading online entertainment research firm. Matt's knowledge of real estate commenced upon moving to Hawaii for four years with his wife Brooke, a resident physician at the UC Irvine Medical Center. He worked for Douglas Emmett, Inc., a leasing and property management firm based in Los Angeles with apartment communities located on Oahu. Matt earned his Real Estate Salesperson license in Hawaii and, upon returning to Orange County, his California Real Estate license. From being raised in Southern California to his time in Hawaii, Matt's love of the coastal lifestyle in a small-town setting makes San Clemente a perfect fit for his real estate ventures.

Matt's professional philosophy is that the client is far more important than the sale, something he embodies daily in his work as a real estate “consultant.” Forming a consultative relationship with his clients enables Matt to really listen to their wants and needs while making the most efficient use of their time. His goal is to make you the boss – he is there to service your needs, not his own. Building relationships with his clients is very important to Matt; when he successfully completes a transaction, he hopes that his clients will feel comfortable referring him to family and friends.
