Las Marias is a gated condo community located along the 17th fairway of the Shorecliffs Golf Course on Avenida Mesita. One of the only condo options in the Coast District, Las Marias was built in 1979 by the San Clemente Group Development Corp. The English-style detached condominiums are quite large, ranging from 2,100 to 2,600 square feet. The floor plans vary from 2-3 bedrooms, with all containing 2.5 bathrooms and 2-car attached garages. Some of the homes feature covered patios and upper-story sun decks. Pricing falls in the $800,000s, and there are no Mello Roos bonds.
