Looking for a fun Friday night out with the kids?  The Ole Hanson Beach Club is hosting “Island Nights,” a bi-weekly family event where kids can swim with friends in the beach club pool and adults can enjoy good food and the beautiful San Clemente scenery and sunsets.  Admission is $2 per person, and “Island Nights” occurs every other Friday on weeks when the San Clemente Summer Beach Concert Series is taking a break.  A different local San Clemente restaurant participates at each event and caters food plates for purchase.  Different island-style bands provide ambient music that adults can enjoy and yes, even dance to.  Adults will also enjoy the coastal views from the Beach Club, as this is truly one of the better spots to watch a famous San Clemente sunset.  Besides night swimming, kids may also participate in arts and crafts functions with Beach Club staff and lifeguards.

“Island Nights” are scheduled through the middle of September, so take advantage of this great venue to enjoy a fun summer night with your family.
