This beautiful coastal development will include a 125 room hotel, and Marblehead Promenade.  Marblehead Promendade will consist of 24 unique commercial buildings, a theater, high-end shops and restaurants, a bookstore, and other amenities surrounded by beautiful courtyards.

Marblehead Coastal is served by Capistrano Unified School District.  High school students living in Marblehead Coastal will attend San Clemente High School, which is ranked in the top 1.3% of High Schools nationwide.  Elementary school students will attend Las Palmas Elementary school and middle school students will attend Shorecliffs Middle School.  San Clemente also has various private schools as well, so please refer to our school section for more information.
